We suggest having our Directory banner/button on your site. Here is why...

It should help you to increase visits to your site through participation in our rating system. Only Orthodox sites with the Directory banners can participate in it.

It also makes the link to your site more visible to Directory users. All sites in the Directory categories are sorted in decreasing order of their ratings. This is done automatically. So the higher site's rating is the closer to the top of the list its link will be.

Site's rating is based on its combined counter which is calculated as a sum of the referrals from your sites into the Directory multiplied by two and the number of moves from the Directory to your site. If you place our banners on several pages you might increase your site rating. Most likely this will help to attract more visitors to your page.

Site's rating is displayed to the right of its description. It looks like this: "Referrals: +m/-n".The m designates a number of moves from the site to the Directory for the last seven days, and the n - a number of moves from the Directory to the site for same period.

So if you plan to attract more visitors to your site and support our project please place our banners on your pages. There are plenty of banner types to choose from. If you already have our banner but it's one of the old ones please replace with a new one to be able to participate in the rating system.
